If you should experience a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact Sales and include all of the relevant order details.
- We do not accept returns
- If the problem or discrepancy is confirmed by Gildan® Brands, we will address it with a reasonable credit.
- All claims for shortages or damages MUST be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
- Please note that relabeled, printed, decorated, or embroidered goods are not eligible for credit.
